1. Use of the website and services

The trading services themselves are provided by the licensed entity identified in your account agreement; Couponeau App provides the technology, analysis tools and interface.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to use the website or services to violate any applicable law or regulation, to trade on behalf of an unverified third party, or to attempt to circumvent our identity verification, sanctions screening or risk controls. Accounts must be operated by their owner.

3. Promotional materials and newsletters

Where you have consented, we may send you product updates and educational material by email. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and withdrawal of consent takes effect immediately. Marketing content never constitutes investment advice, and any illustrative figures in it are examples, not promises.

4. Intellectual property

The Couponeau App name, logo, interface, code and content on this website are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works from them without written permission. Your account data and the funds in your account remain yours — nothing in these terms transfers ownership of those.

5. Confidentiality

We keep your personal information confidential under our Privacy Policy. You, in turn, keep your credentials confidential and do not disclose them to anyone. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account when your credentials were used.

6. Links

This website contains links to third-party sites — payment providers, educational resources, regulators. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

7. Prohibited use

• Violating any law, including sanctions and financial-crime regulations.
• Sending spam or using the platform's communication tools for unsolicited marketing.
• Attacking the infrastructure: probing, scanning, denial-of-service attempts, credential stuffing, or any interference with service availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Couponeau App and its officers, employees and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost data or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website and platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in fees to the platform in the twelve months before the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law for Australian clients.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of law, or your misuse of the platform — except to the extent caused by us.

12. Miscellaneous

These terms, together with the account agreement, Privacy Policy and Risk disclosure, form the whole agreement about your use of the website. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. We may update these terms as the service or law changes; the updated version takes effect from the moment it is published on this page, and material changes are notified to registered clients in advance.
