General use
Do I need any documents to open an account?
To register, only your name, email and phone number. Before your first withdrawal you complete identity verification — a government-issued photo ID and a proof of address. The full list is on the AML/KYC page, and your personal manager walks you through it.
I have never traded before. Is the platform usable for me?
Yes — around half of new clients have no trading background. Strategies run automatically, the dashboard avoids jargon, and a personal manager helps with setup over a call. Experience reduces nothing about market risk, though: read the Risk disclosure regardless.
Can I use the platform on my phone?
Yes. The dashboard is built for mobile browsers and works on any modern phone — overview, strategies, cashier and security are all reachable, and tables scroll inside their own panel rather than breaking the layout.
Is there a minimum deposit?
The minimum initial deposit is CA$250 / A$350, depending on your account currency. There is no maximum, and no monthly platform fee on any plan.
Fees and results
What does the platform cost?
Account opening, maintenance, custody and inactivity are all free. You pay a trading commission of up to 0.58% per transaction, currency conversion up to 1.50% when applicable, and the market spread. Everything is on the Fees page, and each trade shows its exact cost before you confirm.
Where can I see all fees before trading?
On the confirmation screen for every transaction, and in the Cashier history afterwards. The complete tables — including deposit and withdrawal costs, which are zero — live on the Fees & pricing page.
What results can I expect?
None that we could honestly promise. Automated analysis improves discipline and coverage, not certainty; strategies can lose for weeks. Reviews on our home page are individual experiences, not predictions. Judge results over months, not days.
Are profits guaranteed on any plan?
No. No plan, strategy or setting guarantees profit — anyone who tells you otherwise is misrepresenting how markets work, and our Fraud warning page explains why such claims are a scam signature.
Platform features
Which parts of trading are automated?
Market monitoring, signal generation and order execution run continuously once a strategy is active. You control the parameters: which assets, which risk limits, when to start or stop. Deposits, withdrawals and strategy changes always stay manual, by design.
Can I choose which features to use?
Yes. You can run one conservative strategy and ignore everything else, or combine crypto, FX and equity strategies with separate risk limits. Nothing is forced, and default settings are deliberately conservative.
What notifications will I receive?
Strategy starts and stops, risk-guard pauses, daily summaries, login alerts and cashier status updates. Every category can be tuned in Settings; the daily summary is the one we recommend keeping on.
Risks
What are the main risks of automated trading?
Market risk comes first — prices can fall faster than any strategy reacts. Then liquidity, counterparty, operational and cyber risks. The Risk disclosure page explains all nine with practical steps for each.
Can automated strategies lose money for weeks?
Yes. Any strategy can go through extended drawdowns when market character changes. That is why loss limits matter: the engine enforces the maximum loss you set per strategy, and your manager helps you review settings when a strategy keeps missing.
Can risks be fully excluded?
No. Risk guards, loss limits and monitoring reduce exposure, but no tool can exclude market risk. Anyone promising risk-free trading is misleading you — treat it as a red flag and see our Fraud warning page.
Security and account
How are my funds and account protected?
Two-factor authentication, TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, login alerts, session control and a full audit history. The nine layers are described on the Security page, with the specific action each one needs from you.
Who holds the funds on my account?
Client funds are held with the regulated entity named in your account agreement and the connected venues your strategies trade on. Custody arrangements and the associated third-party risks are described in the Risk disclosure.
What if I lose access to my account?
Recovery runs through identity verification with the support team — the ID you verified with at onboarding, plus a cooling-off period before withdrawals re-enable. Start the request from your registered email; full steps are on the Security page.
Help and support
What if something does not work as I expected?
First, check the strategy pause and notification history — most surprises are a risk guard or maintenance window with a recorded reason. If it is not, email support; we answer usually within one business hour and can freeze account activity while anything is investigated.
I set a parameter I do not understand. Who can explain it?
Your personal manager — that is exactly what they are for. They can walk through any setting on a call, adjust it with you, or revert the strategy to its default configuration.
How do I make a formal complaint?
Email support with "Formal complaint" in the subject line. The process, timelines and escalation routes (OBSI in Canada, AFCA in Australia) are set out on the Complaints page.
