Fraud warning
Couponeau App treats all information and suspicions connected with fraudulent activity extremely seriously. From time to time we identify companies using our name — or a name similar to ours — without our permission. This causes confusion and spreads false information about our company and its services.
This notice explains why we publish it, how to recognise a clone, and exactly what to do if you suspect one.
En créant un compte, vous acceptez notre Politique de confidentialité et nos Conditions d’utilisation.
Your personal manager will contact you within 24 hours.
Why we publish this notice
Clone firms deliberately borrow the branding of real financial companies because trust is expensive to build and cheap to steal. A convincing logo, a similar domain and aggressive promises can trick people into depositing with an entity that has no connection to us — and no intention of returning funds. We publish this page so that anyone who searches our name first lands on the genuine description of how we do and do not operate.
Cloned companies
If you suspect you are dealing with a clone using our brand, name or logo, we recommend that you do not share your personal information, and that you notify us immediately by email at [email protected] — include the website address, the name used and any correspondence you received.
We work continuously to identify clone companies, but we emphasise that some may remain unidentified for a period of time. Clients should always verify the legitimacy of companies they deal with online before sharing personal data or starting any business relationship.
We are aware of cases where our name and personal data have been misused for fraudulent purposes over which we have no influence or control. While we deeply regret the financial losses suffered by everyone who has experienced such losses, our company is not responsible for fraudulent operations carried out in our name.
How to verify you are on the genuine platform
- Check the address bar: the genuine site operates from the domain shown in your browser when you first registered — couponeau-app.fr. Look-alike domains with extra words, hyphens or different endings are the most common clone pattern.
- Genuine communication reaches you only from [email protected]. We never send mail from free email providers (gmail.com, outlook.com and similar) or from messaging apps.
- We will never ask for your password, your 2FA codes, or remote access to your computer. Any request like that — whoever it claims to come from — is fraud.
- Payments go only to the channels listed in your dashboard under Deposit & withdrawal methods, never to a personal bank account or a crypto wallet "held by your manager".
- Promises of guaranteed profit, "no-risk" returns or pressure to deposit within hours are not our style and not our policy — treat them as the clearest possible red flag.
How we fight clone firms
Continuous monitoring
Our compliance team regularly scans new domain registrations, social-media ads and marketplace listings for misuse of the Couponeau App name, logo and staff identities.
Client alerts
When a clone is confirmed, registered clients are notified by email from [email protected] with the fraudulent domain named, so you know exactly what to avoid.
Takedowns and reports
We file abuse reports with registrars, hosting providers, app stores and advertising platforms, and cooperate with law-enforcement requests in France.
If you have already been affected
Act fast: contact your bank or payment provider to attempt a recall, file a report with your local police or cybercrime reporting service, and email us the details so we can warn other clients. If the fraud involves an account that pretends to be ours, include screenshots and the exact domain used. We cooperate fully with law-enforcement requests.
